Memories of Scott setting up the volleyball court and net soon after arriving at the Honeyman Campground make me smile. The net was always expertly installed with lots of care to making it level (and therefore fair!) Scott brought the poles and rope to make sure the net was super sturdy so the boys didn't destroy it with their crazy spikes. Early on the parents were the 'good' players but soon the kids got older and they were the 'good' players....but girls did always rule cause we had Erin and Ellen and they didn't ! Scott would entertain all of us with his musical talent, the accordion, the violin , the spoons...but he also encouraged the young kids to play their guitars. Scott made us all feel so special.
